Activating the Team Space Features

The Space Console's Teams functionality is disabled by default.

To activate the Teams features:

  1. Click the View Settings icon and the View Settings dialog displays.

  1. Check the Show Teams check box.

  1. Click the Save Changes button.

The console adds the following elements to the Space Console:

  • Advanced Search - Team section is added and you can search for a team, team without members, or team unassigned to rooms.
  • Highlights- Team is an option that can be selected.
  • Border Highlights - Team is an option that can be selected.
  • Show Labels - Team is an option that can be selected.
  • Teams tab - This displays next to the Employees tab.
