Activate the View Settings
Archibus SaaS / Space / Space Manager / Space Console

In the Space Console, you can turn on the following view settings:
- Show Room Standards
- Show Teams
- Show Plan Type Highlight
- Show Organizational Units
Access the View Settings
When you are in the Space Console, there is a settings icon on the right.
- Click the View Settings
icon and the View Settings dialog displays.
- From the View Settings, check the following:
- Show Room Standards
- Show Teams
- Show Plan Type Highlight
- Show Organizational Units
- Click the Save Changes button.
Show Room Standards
When you enable the Room Standards functionality, the console adds the following elements to the Space Console:
- Highlights - Room Standard is an option that can be selected.
- Border Highlights - Room Standard is an option that can be selected.
- Show Labels - Room Standard is an option that can be selected.
- Room Standard tab - When you are in the Space tab, you will find the Room Standard tab.
Show Teams
When you enable the Teams functionality, the console adds the following elements to the Space Console:
- Advanced Search - Team section was added and you can search for a team, team without members, or team unassigned to rooms.
- Highlights - Team is an option that can be selected.
- Border Highlights - Team is an option that can be selected.
- Show Labels - Team is an option that can be selected.
- Teams tab - When you are in the Occupancy tab, you will find the Teams tab.
Show Plan Type Highlight
Plan types are different views of your floor plan that use specific highlights, labels, and legends. When you select a plan type, the Space Console uses the highlight, label, and legend defined for that plan type, so you do not need to work with the Highlights and Labels. Show Organizational Units
When you enable the Organizational Units functionality, the console adds the following elements to the Space Console:
- Highlights- Organizational levels are options that can be selected.
- Border Highlights - Organizational levels are options that can be selected.
- Show Labels - Organizational (Lowest Level) and Organizational Names (Lowest Level) are options that can be selected.
- Department tab - When you are in the Space tab, the Department tab is changed to the Organizational Units tab.
