The Navisworks models linked to buildings/floors can be opened and displayed in the Archibus BIM Viewer. These models are used in the pre-construction phase and you can use this to visualize the different rooms.
Note that this is view-only and cataloging and 2D publishing are not supported for Navisworks models.
Load and view a Navisworks model
When your models are stored in Autodesk Forma then you can log into your account and then select form the projects. Learn more in Load a BIM Model
The Navisworks model displays and you can use the BIM Viewer to select items and look at properties.
