Add multiple assets

Tap the Inventory Method drop-down and then select either: 

• Incremented Codes 
• Barcode Scanning

When you select Incremental Code, then you can complete the following:

1. If needed, in the Prefix field, enter prefix that will be used at the front of the code.
2. Tap the Get last number field to populate the Number and the Start Number.
3. In the Total Count field, enter the count. Note that if you use a Prefix, then the 'Get last number' field displays as 0.
4. If needed, in the asset survey comments field, enter any notes about this asset for the survey team to see.
5. Continue on to the Equipment section (see below).

When you select Barcode Scanning, the screen changes, ready for you to start scanning.

1. Tap the Scan button.

2. Hover over the barcode and the scanner will read the barcode.
3. Next, you can either:

• Tap the Scan serial number button and scan the serial number.
• Tap Scan next asset button and scan the asset's barcode.

4. Repeat this until you have completed the barcode scanning.
5. When finished, then click the X icon (top right corner) to exit the barcode scanning.

6. The scanned assets display in the list; you can tap the Edit icon to display the Edit Asset form where you can complete the Equipment and the Location and Organization fields.
7. When you have finished, click the Save button and the asset review screen displays.
