Book a Team Day
Archibus Workplace
If you are a Team Lead, and your team has been allocated Team Spaces or to a Neighborhood, then you can create a Team Booking.
The following needs to be set up:
- Either the team needs to be in a Neighborhood or part of a Team Space.
- The Team Lead needs to be set you need to be a Team Lead, see Create a Team and Add Employees and Associations.
- Open Workplace.
- Open the Calendar from either:
- (A) Click My account and then click Calendar.
- (B) From the right-panel, click the Expand icon.

The Calendar displays.

- From the (A) team drop-down, select your team.
- Click the (B) date selector and choose the day you want.
- Click the (C) Book team day
icon and the Book seats for your team dialog displays.

- The entire team is selected in the list and if needed, you can de-select members.
- Click the Book button and the team day booking is made.
