Minor UI update

The Done button has been moved to the bottom of the page to accommodate the multi-room feature (coming soon). This change will be effective for all customers regardless of whether multi-room is activated.

Additional improvements

• The booking title and time information are now included in 'Recurrence Exception' emails sent when chosen meeting spaces are not available for all dates of a recurring meeting and alternative meeting spaces have been automatically booked. 
• The search results display available meeting spaces on the preferred floor, now ordered with 'Self-Managed' spaces first, followed by 'Managed’ spaces.
