Register your PIN on RFID card

Register your RFID card with your PIN so you can make bookings directly on a Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2 using the RFID card, without the need to enter your PIN on the screen.

To view and edit your profile, click your initials on the top bar and select My Profile from the menu.

How to register your RFID card with your PIN

You can register your RFID card with your PIN so you can make bookings directly on a Eptura (Condeco) Room Screen v2 using the RFID card, without the need to enter your PIN on the screen. Follow the steps to register a new card, or re-register an existing card.

  1. Click your initials from the top bar and select My Profile from the menu.
  2. Select either Show PIN or Reset PIN, and then make a note of the value.
  3. Go to any Eptura Engage or Eptura meeting room screen and follow the normal process to create a booking (you can delete the booking after the PIN is registered):
    1. Select a start time and an end time.
    2. Tap Confirm to save the booking.
  4. You are now prompted to enter your PIN – DO NOT enter the PIN at this point – instead, swipe your RFID card at the bottom of the screen.
  5. The screen displays 'Authenticating' and then states that the card is not registered.
  6. After a few seconds, the screen displays 'Enter PIN'; Enter your PIN.
  7. Your profile details are displayed; check the details and tap Confirm.
  8. You can now delete the booking if not required.

Your RFID card is now registered and can be used for future bookings on the meeting room screen without entering your PIN.
