Eptura Room Screen v3 for Condeco - User Guide

Delete meetings occurring in the future from the timeline displayed on the room screen.

No timeline? If the timeline is not visible on the left of the screen, it may have been disabled by your administrator and you will not be able to delete the meeting space booking directly from the screen.

Delete a meeting before it has started

  1. Tap Show timeline to view the scheduled bookings.

  2. Scroll to the meeting you want to delete and tap Delete.

  3. If prompted, tap your RFID card (Eptura room screens only) or enter your PIN to confirm the deletion.

Meetings in progress can be ended from the timeline but not deleted.
