Recurrence patterns
Condeco supports daily, weekly and monthly recurrences and you can set a specific recurrence to repeat a booking on particular dates in an irregular pattern. Learn more about repeat bookings and Condeco
For the most part, Condeco and Microsoft Outlook support the same set of repeat booking options, however, there are some differences. Condeco manages these differences by either converting the booking to a specific (irregular) recurrence pattern or advising the user to amend the recurrence pattern before continuing.

How Condeco manages unsupported recurrence patterns
The way Condeco and the Outlook Com+ plug-in respond to unsupported recurrence patterns created in Microsoft Outlook depends on whether Exchange Sync is configured or not.

Exchange Sync is not configured: Condeco converts unsupported recurrence patterns to specific recurrence patterns. However, if the total number of occurrences in a booking exceeds 52, Condeco will prompt the user to amend the recurrence pattern.
Exchange Sync is configured: Condeco prompts the user to amend the recurrence pattern. With Exchange Sync configured, Condeco does not convert unsupported recurrence patterns for either Condeco rooms or Exchange rooms.

Specific recurrence patterns enable bookings to be set to repeat on specific dates that don’t form a regular daily, weekly, or monthly pattern.
