Learn how to find and book a desk directly from the Condeco Kiosk

Only personal spaces configured as the workspace type desk are visible on the Kiosk, no other workspace types are currently supported.

How to book a personal space

  1. Tap Book a personal space.

  1. Select when you want to book the personal space. Depending on the group configuration, options may include AM, PM and/or All Day.

The personal space is immediately booked and indicated on the floor plan with a blue drop pin. You can change the booking to any other available personal space indicated with a green spot.

Select a different workspace

Tap the green spot on the floor plan to display the workspace details and tap Book this personal space to replace the current booking with the selected workspace.
