To use Condeco Exchange Sync you must configure your Microsoft 365 environment to allow Condeco access to your Exchange room mailboxes. Create a Microsoft 365 service account for this purpose. Learn how to create a Microsoft 365 service account
A Microsoft 365 service account is an Active Directory (AD) user account with a Microsoft 365 E1 license or above.
If the Exchange room mailboxes do not already exist in Microsoft Exchange they must be created. Learn how to create and configure Microsoft Exchange room mailboxes
The Microsoft 365 service account must have ‘Application Impersonation’ rights granted for all Exchange room calendars that are mapped to Condeco meeting spaces. The Microsoft 365 service account can be restricted to only access Exchange room calendars and not user calendars. Learn how to create a Microsoft 365 service account
