No Show Report

Condeco Analytics Advanced

The No-show Report canvas provides a high-level overview to understand the impact when users do not occupy their booked spaces. The visualizations indicate how far in advance bookings for meeting and personal spaces were booked compared to the number of bookings that were bumped or canceled due to a no-show.

The information bar across the top (A) shows at a glance your employees' booking and no-show behaviors and the effect this had on your resources over the selected time frame.

  • Time lost due to no-shows (hrs): The total number of hours that spaces were booked but unoccupied, resulting in the bookings being bumped or canceled due to a no-show.
  • Advance booking period for no-shows (days): The average number of days in advance a booking is made that results in a no-show.
  • Average time before booking (days): The average number of days in advance bookings are made.
  • Highest no-show rate: The location with the highest percentage of no-shows to bookings.
  • Lowest no-show rate: The location with the lowest percentage of no-shows to bookings.

The visualizations show a breakdown of how far in advance bookings are made relative to a no-show:

  • Time before booking by resource type (B): Compares as a percentage, the amount of time in advance bookings are made. The charts indicate the percentage of bookings made the same day, the same week, and more than 1 week in advance, by resource type.

  • % No-shows by time before booking (C): Shows the percentage of bookings made the same day, the same week, and more than 1 week in advance that resulted in a no-show, by resource type.
    • Example: 10% of bookings for personal spaces made in the same week as the booking, resulted in a no-show.

  • % No-shows and total bookings by days before booking (D): Shows the proportion of no-shows relative to the number of days in advance the booking was made. The scale runs from 0 (same day) to 31+ (more than 30 days in advance) and all resource types are included. The chart shows the percentage of no-shows and the total number of bookings.
    • Example: 500 bookings for meeting spaces and personal spaces were made 5 days in advance, and 10% of those bookings resulted in a no-show.

  • Hours lost by days before booking (E): This chart quantifies how many hours were lost when resources were booked but unoccupied, when those bookings resulted in a cancellation or no-show, relative to the number of days in advance the booking was made. The scale runs from 0 (same day) to 31+ (more than 30 days in advance) and all resource types are included.
    • Example: 40 potential bookable hours were lost from meeting spaces and personal spaces booked 5 days in advance, because the resources were not used, resulting in no-shows.
