We've introduced three new dashboards to provide visual insights into the distribution of presence in the workplace, meeting space usage, and average booking trends.
Employees are categorized as Home, Club, or Hub workers, based on the average number of days per week they attended the workplace over the defined date range. Calculations are based on a 5-day week, either Mon-Fri or Sun-Thu, as selected in the filter.
Worker categories:
- Home: Employees attending the workplace less than 2 days a week.
- Club: Employees attending the workplace 2-3 days a week.
- Hub: Employees attending the workplace 4-5 days a week.
Working Styles Dashboards:
- Working Styles Overview: Profiles employees and the number of days they attend the workplace.
- Working Sementation: Provides context around employee in-office/remote working trends, and where employees typically work on specific days of the week and over a year. It can identify bottlenecks in in-office presence so action can be taken to smooth demand across the working week.
- Working Styles: Provides visual insights into the distribution of presence in the workplace, meeting space usage, and average booking trends.
