ICS reminders

As well as the existing option to attach an ICS event (.ics file) to a booking notification email, Condeco now provides an option to send an ICS reminder event along with the event ICS file. When the ICS files are added to the user's native calendar, the user will receive reminders for the event directly from the calendar. 

The amount of time before the start of the booking to send the reminder can be set as required, the options are: No reminder; 15 or 30 minutes; 1, 2, 24, or 48 hours.
