Intelligent Attendees

The new 'Intelligent Attendees' feature checks the in-office schedules of attendees added to an event and estimates the number of on-site attendees based on the number who have shared they will be in the office on the day of the event. The Condeco Outlook add-in then searches for a space that can accommodate the estimated number of on-site attendees. The number of on-site attendees can be adjusted if required.

The on-site status for all attendees is automatically applied to the attendee list. The organizer can manually adjust the on-site status and mark attendees as visitors if appropriate.

Intelligent Attendees is not enabled by default. Contact Condeco Support to enable the feature for your organization.

Additional improvements

  • The booking title and time information are now included in 'Recurrence Exception' emails sent when chosen meeting spaces are not available for all dates of a recurring meeting and alternative meeting spaces have been automatically booked. 
  • The search results display available meeting spaces on the preferred floor, now ordered with 'Self-Managed' spaces first, followed by 'Managed’ spaces.
