How to book a personal space using Condeco on the web

When you are logged in to the Condeco web app you can search for and book a personal space in a number of different ways. Choose the search that suits your requirements:

  • Quick Search tools are available on the Today page and the Personal space home page.
  • Book a Personal space from the Personal space Booking menu. Select a personal space directly from the floor plan or from a list of available personal spaces.
  • Booking Grid from the Personal space Booking menu. Find an available personal space by clicking a date on the grid.
  • Book for someone else. Book a personal space for a colleague or a visitor.

The Quick Search tool and Book a Personal space give the option to view a floor plan to locate and select a personal space to book.
