View available personal spaces on the floor plan and swap an existing booking to a new space
You can now view available (green) personal spaces on the floor plan even when you have an existing booking for the same workspace type. Selecting an available space on the floor plan displays an option to swap your existing booking to the new space.
Previously, if you had an existing booking, other personal spaces of the same workspace type were shown as unavailable (gray), making it difficult to identify availability across a floor. Now you can view availability across the floor and have the option to swap your existing booking to a new workspace.
The new floor plan view and swap booking feature is available from the Today page and Personal spaces home page. The update is planned for the Your bookings floor plan in a later release.

Option to set as in-office for workspace types
We've added a new option for workspace types that allows you to select whether booking a personal space of a particular workspace type sets the user's working status to 'in the office' when the personal space is booked.
Previously, booking a workspace type that is a space to work, such as a desk, set the user as in the office, but booking a personal space that is not a place to work, such as a parking space or a locker, did not set the user as in the office. Now you can choose which workspace types set the user as in the office and which do not.
This is useful because (for example) while a parking space is not technically a place to work, you can assume a user is in the office when a parking space is booked, but you might want to allow a user to book a locker without automatically setting them as in the office.
