Condeco mobile app

Both meeting spaces and personal spaces can be booked using the Condeco mobile app and depending on the features enabled by your organization, you can use automatic check-in, view your allocated arrival time and your remaining booking allowance, change your in-office status, and add colleagues to your team to see at-a-glance the best days to collaborate.

What do I need?

To use Condeco on your mobile device, you need:

  • Your organization’s Condeco URL. The format is
  • The Condeco mobile app installed on an iOS (iPhone) or Android mobile device.
  • Depending on your organization’s configuration, you need either a username and password for Condeco or your email address.
