Condeco Cloud desks

Before activating a Condeco desk booking screen, the associated personal space resource must already exist in Condeco.

The Device Hub does not currently support hourly personal space resources.

  1. Sign in to the Condeco Device Hub.
  2. Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
  3. Click Desks and Screens.
  4. Click Add Desk on the right-hand side.
  5. Select the Country/Region/Location/Floor where the resource is located.
  6. Select one or more resources to add.
  7. Click Next.
  8. Select the Screen Settings for the selected resource(s).
  9. Click Save.
