Eptura Room Screen App for Condeco - Setup Guide

Resetting the Eptura room screen app wipes all customizations from the device and deactivates it from Condeco. 

How to reset the Eptura room screen app

To access the Admin Menu and reset the Eptura room screen app, you need the PIN for the meeting room group. Find the PIN in the Settings Profile. Learn more: Screen settings and rules

  1. To open the Admin menu, hold your finger on the top right of the screen until you are prompted for the screen security PIN. Enter the PIN to continue.  Learn more: How to open the Admin menu
  2. Tap Reset.

  3. Tap Reset device to confirm.

The device can now be reactivated. Learn more: Activate the room screen
