RFID card not recognized
RFID card is not recognized on meeting room screen or desk booking screen.
What to check
Check the RFID card type is enabled in the Device Hub.
Navigate to Screen Settings > Open the Settings Group Profile > Tick the RFID card types in use.
Ensure that you only enable the relevant card type in the settings above and that other card types are unchecked. Enabling all card types may cause issues for multi-reader card types.
