Visitor management
Enabling Visitor management: To manage visitors via the Condeco Visitors module, a Condeco Global Administrator can enable Visitors in Global setup. Learn more: Enable Visitors
There are three types of visitors in Condeco:
- External visitors attending meetings (added when booking a meeting space).
- External visitors with a personal space booking. Required: 'External personal space users on search' must be enabled in Global setup > Visitors.
- Walk-in visitors (visitors arriving in the building without a meeting space or personal space booking).
To ensure external visitors attending meetings are listed in 'Your Visitors', you must mark them as external visitors on the Attendees tab of the meeting space booking form. (External visitors with a personal space booking are not listed in Your Visitors and can only be viewed on the Visitor Dashboard by Admins).
