Create a team day from the web


We've added the ability to create team days from the Condeco web app, so now you can easily arrange collaborations with your team from either the Condeco mobile app or the web app.

Intelligent booking: If Intelligent booking is enabled, workspaces and colleagues are automatically selected, based on learned intelligence such as previous bookings and preferred spaces.

We've also enhanced the 'Team days' page on the web, so as well as responding to team days you have been invited to, you can also track responses to team days you've organized. From here you can see who has accepted, declined, or not responded. Your assigned space is also shown.

'Hourly' personal spaces


You can now create personal space resources that are bookable for shorter periods than the existing personal space resources that are bookable for whole or half-days (depending on your organization's global settings). We call this 'hourly' booking, although the actual booking periods can be more granular, depending on the rules defined by the group that manages the spaces.

Newly created personal space resources are set as either 'all day' or 'hourly' spaces, depending on your requirements:

  • 'All-day' personal spaces: Bookable for either whole days or half-days (AM/PM), depending on your organization's global settings.
  • 'Hourly' personal spaces: Bookable in increments of 5, 15, 30, or 60 minutes, depending on the Group settings. 

Your existing personal space resources are now 'all-day' personal spaces and retain all current settings. If you want an existing 'all day' space to be bookable for shorter periods, you must create a new 'hourly' resource for the space.

'Hourly' personal spaces are bookable from the Condeco web app and the Condeco mobile app.

Further enhancements are planned for hourly bookings throughout 2025, including support for shift patterns and recurring bookings.

Good to know

  • To accommodate 'hourly' bookings, workspace types are now categorized as either 'All-day' workspace types or 'Hourly' workspace types:
    • All-day workspace types are for 'all-day' personal spaces and are divided between places where you work (desk/office, etc.) and other bookable spaces, such as parking or lockers. These spaces are bookable for whole or half-days, depending on your global settings.
    • Hourly workspace types are for 'hourly' personal spaces and meeting spaces. These spaces are bookable in shorter increments as defined in the Group settings.
  • Existing 'all-day' resources cannot be changed to 'hourly' resources. Create new resources to provide 'hourly' bookings.
  • Currently, the Personal spaces home page on the Condeco web app does not support 'hourly' bookings. From the web, book from the Today page, the 'Book a personal space' page, and the booking grid.

Concierge setup


In readiness for the new Concierge menu we are introducing soon for the Condeco mobile app, we've added a new 'Concierge' application setup page on the Condeco web app. From here, administrators can create and manage the customizable tiles that will display on the Condeco mobile app's Today page.

The Concierge tiles provide quick access to websites directly from the Condeco mobile app. Tiles are either available globally for the entire organization, or based on the user's location. Admins can reorder and toggle the visibility of tiles, ensuring users see the most relevant information, and the interface updates dynamically, according to the user's default or current location.

In Preview

Advanced booking period for meeting spaces - Rollover time 

If an advanced booking period is set, customers can specify when spaces become available for booking. If users attempt to book too early, the application informs them of the exact time bookings can begin. This update will be finalized in a future release but can be manually configured in the customer's UAT environment for preview.
