Book a meeting space from Microsoft Outlook

If your organization has integrated Condeco with Microsoft 365, or uses the Condeco Exchange Sync service, you can book a Condeco meeting space from a Microsoft Outlook calendar event. Both options provide different functionality, so be sure to use the right guide(s) for your organization.

Condeco Microsoft 365 integration

Organization's with the Condeco Microsoft 365 integration can book Condeco meeting spaces directly from their preferred Microsoft Exchange calendar apps, such as Outlook for Mobile or the Teams calendar, by inviting the Exchange resource to the event - we call this Native Exchange booking. Or, for more functionality, launch the Condeco Outlook add-in to add visitors and onsite attendees to your booking, search for spaces with specific attributes and the right capacity, and intelligently search for alternative times for a booking if a suitable space is not available at the selected time.

With our Microsoft 365 integration implemented, you benefit from smart features such as self-healing bookings when moving appointments, smart recurrences, smart alternatives, and attendees and visitors. This is our recommended solution when integrating Condeco with Microsoft 365.

Condeco Exchange Sync

The Condeco Outlook add-in for Exchange Sync allows you to search for available meeting spaces using Microsoft Outlook. The meeting spaces are added to the Outlook appointment as Exchange rooms and invited to your meeting.
