Start or end a meeting space booking
About starting, ending, and extending bookings
Check into your booking to confirm the meeting space is in use. If you do not check in within the required timeframe as defined by the group managing the meeting space, your booking may be bumped. When a booking is bumped, the meeting space is available for others to book.
Check in to your booking from the Condeco web app, the Condeco mobile app, or directly on the meeting room screen located outside the meeting space (if installed). However, if QR code check-in is enabled for the meeting space, you cannot start a booking using the web application. You must scan the QR code using the Condeco mobile app installed on your mobile device to start the meeting.
If you cancel the booking or the booking is bumped, the meeting space is released and available for others to book.
Provided the meeting space is available, you can extend a meeting that is in progress.
The requirements for check-in, bump, and other booking rules, differ depending on your organization’s configuration and the group that manages the booked meeting space.
