Key worker roles for mobile
We introduced key worker roles for the Condeco web app in August 2024 and are delighted to now extend the feature to our Condeco mobile app.
Condeco Key worker roles allow you to identify and locate employees responsible for essential activities in your workplace, such as Fire Marshals, First Aiders, and Mental Health First Aiders.
Use the 'Find your team' from the 'Your team' tab to quickly locate colleagues with specific key worker roles assigned. When a role is selected, a list of key workers at your default location for the upcoming two weeks is displayed. You can also view their locations on the floor plan for personal spaces.

Intelligent booking push notification
The Condeco mobile app now sends a push notification to users when a personal space is automatically booked for them through 'Intelligent Booking'.
The notice advises the user which workspace is allocated to them. Tapping the notification opens the Condeco mobile app so they can view the space on the floor plan.
