What is Condeco Presence?

Integrate Condeco Presence with your occupancy sensors to automate reservation behavior in your workplace and provide accurate information about space availability and occupancy. Support agile working, and make space booking easier and more efficient for your employees.

Condeco Presence by Eptura, seamlessly integrates with your occupancy sensors to capture real-time active data, making sure space availability is based on actual usage.

Enhance your employees' experience by automating reservation functions, such as checking in to pre-booked spaces, ending bookings, and creating ad hoc bookings when presence is detected in unbooked spaces.

Features 

Meeting spaces

  • Automatic check-in: Sensors detect occupancy in pre-booked spaces and automatically check in bookings.

  • Automatic check-out: When occupancy is no longer detected, bookings can automatically end to free up the space for others. 

  • Email notifications: A notification about an impending check-out can be sent to the booking organizer by email, with action buttons to continue the booking or end it immediately, directly from the email. (Pre-booked spaces only).

  • Grace period: Grace periods before actions are triggered can be customized to provide flexibility when spaces are vacated for short periods.

  • Ad hoc bookings: Sensors can detect occupancy and create anonymous bookings for available spaces on the fly.

  • Extended bookings: A new anonymous booking can be created when continuous presence is detected in a space after a booking has ended.

  • Reports: As well as pre-booked spaces, the 'Room Booking' report shows the details of spaces automatically and anonymously booked when presence was detected. Advanced analytics are available from your sensor vendor.

Personal Spaces

  • Automatic check-in: Sensors detect occupancy at pre-booked workspaces and automatically check in bookings.

  • Automatic check-out: When occupancy is no longer detected, bookings can automatically end to free up the workspace for others. 

  • Email notifications: A notification about an impending check-out can be sent to the user by email, with action buttons to continue the booking or end it immediately, directly from the email. (Pre-booked workspaces only).

  • Grace period: Grace periods before actions are triggered can be customized to provide flexibility when spaces are vacated for short periods.

  • Ad hoc seating: Sensors can detect occupancy and create anonymous bookings for available workspaces on the fly.

  • Extended bookings: Automatically create a PM booking when continuous presence is detected after an AM booking has ended.

  • Reports: As well as pre-booked spaces, the 'Desk allocated to people' report shows the details of workspaces automatically and anonymously booked when presence was detected.

Sensor management 

Manage sensor setup and business rules through the Condeco Device Hub. The Condeco Device Hub provides provisioning, pairing, and settings management capabilities.

  • Condeco booking rules: To check in a personal space via a sensor, a check-in window must be configured.
  • Supported sensor devices and access to the partner platform. 
  • Optional: Access to the sensor partner's data analytics for advanced analytics.
