Quick book for personal spaces

The quick book option allows personal spaces to be automatically allocated. This is useful when booking spaces such as parking spaces and lockers.

The 'Quick Book' button provides a quick and effortless booking journey for users, and can be enabled on a per-group basis for personal spaces. In addition, the Search and Floor plan options can be optionally disabled to prevent users from selecting a specific personal space.

Create work orders in Eptura Asset from Condeco

If your organization subscribes to Eptura Asset, you can report issues with meeting spaces and personal spaces directly from Condeco and automatically create a work order in Eptura Asset.
