Condeco can upload your location and resource data to your Condeco Cloud in bulk. Depending on the information provided, the following can be created:

  • Regions, Countries, and Locations
  • Groups
  • Resources (personal spaces and meeting spaces)
  • Vendor companies
  • Vendor services
  • Attributes for personal spaces and meeting spaces

Data to be uploaded must be entered on the Data Collection Sheet (DCS). The DCS is an Excel workbook containing several tabs that must be completed fully and accurately to ensure a successful upload.

Condeco can also upload your user data to your Condeco Cloud via our User Data Collection (UDC) spreadsheet. Location data must already exist in your Condeco Cloud before uploading user data so we recommend uploading your location and resource data first.
