How to end a booking early 

When a meeting finishes early, the meeting organizer can end the booking from the room screen to free up the space for others to book.

  1. Tap End booking on the room screen.

  1. Swipe your RFID card at the center of the display or enter your PIN on the alpha-numeric pad. 
    4.3 authentication required - wave card or pin pad.png
  1. The remaining time slot now displays green on the time bar and the meeting space is available for a new booking.
    4.4 Booking ended.png
