Place.Read.All

Application permission

Read all company places

Allows the app to read company places (conference rooms and room lists) for calendar events and other applications, without a signed-in user.

Yes

Why do we need this permission?

The Place.Read.All permission allows Condeco to read rooms in Microsoft Exchange and link them to Condeco meeting spaces using the new 'Exchange room mapping' page. More details about this page will follow with the release of 'Native Exchange booking' and supplementary guides.

What about existing customers?

Existing customers do not need to act on this today, but will be required to grant access to this endpoint to map new Exchange rooms to Condeco meeting spaces, when Native Exchange resource booking is generally available. Steps explaining how to grant access will be provided with the new Condeco Exchange room mapping page.
