Before you start

Before installing the Eptura Engage Outlook add-in, check the requirements and see which Microsoft Outlook versions and web browsers are compatible.   

What you need
  • Eptura Engage Cloud with the Microsoft 365 integration.
  • An active user account in Eptura Engage with an email address matching the email address of your Microsoft Outlook mailbox.
  • A supported Microsoft Outlook version running on a compatible web browser.
