Preferred location, group, and language

Set preferred location, group, and language for the Condeco web app from the Location & languages tab.

You can set different preferred locations and groups for Condeco on the web, the Condeco mobile app, and the Condeco Outlook add-in. The preferred location and group selected in the web app are automatically set for Condeco mobile app and Condeco Outlook add-in when first launched, but these can subsequently be changed in those apps if required. When set, any changes to these settings in the individual apps do not update the settings in the other apps.

You can set a preferred language for Condeco on the web, however, the Condeco mobile app and Condeco Outlook add-in apply the language set on the device (if supported).

Set your preferred location, group, and language for the Condeco web app

    Open your user profile from the top menu bar in the Condeco web app

Click your initials from the top menu and select the Location & language tab to set your preferences.

Preferred location and group

  • You can set different preferences for your meeting spaces and your personal spaces.
  • The selected locations and groups are the default selections when making a booking using Condeco on the web.
  • You can only select locations and groups that you have access to.

Click Save when done.

Preferred language

Select the language to display in the Condeco web app and click Save when done.

You can set a preferred language for Condeco on the web, however, the Condeco mobile app and Condeco Outlook add-in apply the language set on the device (if supported).
