Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams manifest install
The Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams is available by default with the Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration. Customers not using the Eptura Engage Microsoft 365 integration can use the in-office schedule functionality of the Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams. Booking functionality is not currently available with this version.

Non-Eptura Engage Microsoft integration customers can follow the instructions below to install the manifest file
Install the Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams manifest file
This process is for customers who do not have the Eptura Engage Microsoft integration and explains how to install the manifest file. The manifest file is provided during the onboarding process. Contact Eptura for more information.
The steps below are for your Exchange Admin and assume familiarity with the Microsoft Teams Admin Center.
- Save the manifest file to an accessible folder and make a note of the version (the version number is provided with the file).
- Open the Teams Admin Center – admin.teams.microsoft.com and sign in with your Exchange Admin account.
- Click the Teams apps menu to view the options and select Manage apps.
- Click Upload new app and navigate to the manifest file.
- Select the manifest file and click Upload.
- Important: Check the version number displayed matches the version of the manifest file.
- Click Permissions then click Review permissions.
- From the Microsoft Authentication page, select the admin account to approve the permissions.
- Review the permissions for Microsoft Graph and SSO, and click Accept.
How to add the app to Microsoft Teams
When the Eptura Engage app for Microsoft Teams manifest file is uploaded and permissions granted, your users can add the app to their Microsoft Teams chats, channels, and meetings:
- Microsoft Teams on a desktop: Add the Eptura Engage app for Teams from Apps > Built for your org.
- Microsoft Teams mobile app: Add the Eptura Engage app for Teams from the More or 'three dots' button (depending on the Microsoft Teams app version).
