Your organization may have several offices located in different cities and/or countries. In Condeco you can create Countries, Regions, Locations, and Floors, enabling your users to search for available meeting spaces and personal spaces exactly where they need to work and collaborate.
Attributes are options available in a space that can be selected when searching for a space to book. For example, an 'all-day' personal space might have a docking station and/or dual monitors, and a meeting space might have a whiteboard, overhead projector, or offer AV services.
Categorize meeting spaces and personal spaces by ‘workspace type’ to enable users to specify exactly the type of space they want to book when collaborating with colleagues or working alone.
A resource is a bookable space, such as a personal space for single-occupancy (desk, office, locker, parking bay, etc.) or a meeting space for multiple-occupancy (meeting room, training room, conference space, etc.).
Upload floor plans to enhance the users' booking experience. Users can view personal space and meeting space locations and availability on a floor plan from the web application and on the mobile app. Delivery points are also displayed.
Zones are a collection of spaces occupying a defined area of a floor. Zones enable administrators to close or open spaces in specific areas quickly. Contact tracing reports also utilize zones.
