The reporting dashboard is available for Microsoft Exchange and Google calendar services. Eptura Engage customers can analyze their booking data with Eptura Engage Analytics.  

About the Reporting dashboard

Sign in to the Eptura Device Hub and select Dashboard from the Device Management menu.

Use the filter across the top to view the information by location and/or specific meeting spaces. Click Refresh to show the selected data.

The Utilization chart can switch between Day and Date views using the slider in the top right part of the bar chart.

The reporting dashboard provides data insights for the following:

  • Bumped bookings: An in-progress booking that is automatically released when not checked-in.
  • Natural end bookings: A booking that ends automatically at the scheduled end time.
  • Manually ended bookings: A booking that a user ends before the scheduled end time.
