The installation process
The kiosk is supplied with the customer’s URL configured and the RFID card type (if known). The customer installs the kiosk hardware at the desired location and connects to power and a wired network connection.
Your Condeco representative connects to the kiosk remotely to finalize the configuration (it might be necessary to connect a keyboard and mouse to the kiosk for this step). Condeco configures the following:
- Country, Location, and Floor.
- RFID card reader
If a remote connection is not possible for any reason, Condeco can advise your administrator of the steps required to configure the kiosk software.
