Setting up the Desk Booking Screen

Plug the USB cable into a suitable power source to power up the desk booking screen. Follow the on-screen instructions to set the language, connect to your network, set the time zone, NTP server, and activate the desk booking screen.

  1. Choose the language for the device.

Set up manually: Connect to the network and set the time zone manually on the desk booking screen.
Set up via app: If setting up multiple Condeco desk booking screens we recommend downloading the Condeco Desk Screen Manager app (NFC-enabled Android devices only).
