Google rooms
Creating a new Google room
- Sign in to the Condeco Device Hub.
- Select Device Management from the left icon bar and ensure the appropriate calendar service is selected.
- Click Rooms & Screens.
- Click Add room.
- Select the Country, City, Building, Floor for your room location.
- Select the Google Calendar from the Calendar Services drop-down.
- Enter a Room Name. This is the name that the user will see on the screen and the mobile app.
- Enter the Room Mailbox. This is the G Suite Resource email.
- Enter the Capacity. This is the maximum number of meeting participants recommended for the room.
- Select a screen settings profile and theme. or leave as default. Learn more about screen settings profiles and booking rules
- Press Save.
