New visual theme
We’ve updated the website fonts and color scheme to give Condeco on the web a fresh new look and feel.
Don't worry though, all the features and functions are the same, except for the Today page which is now more easily accessible and now you access your profile and settings by clicking your initials on the right-hand side of the menu bar. Read on to learn more about these improvements.
Today page update
You asked and we listened! A popular request on our UserVoice was for the Today page to become part of the main web application rather than opening as a separate window when the application is launched. We are therefore delighted to introduce the new Today page which now displays as a dashboard on the Condeco web app homepage. Offering the same functionality as before, it is now even easier to see all your bookings for the day at a glance.

The User Profile button has moved
In keeping with our new visual theme, your user profile and settings are now accessed by clicking your initials in the menu across the top of the web app.

Condeco Analytics Advanced - Meeting space bookings

Meeting space booking report launched, incorporating KPI metrics and chart visuals to display the following:
- Employees' booking behaviors and the effect on resources over the selected time frame.
- Utilization-related metrics for meeting space bookings over the time frame.
- Types of bookings, internal vs external attendees, bookings with service requests, and bookings with a Microsoft Teams meeting enabled, over the selected time frame.
