Accept /decline team day invitations from the web

You can now action responses to team day invitations from Condeco on the web.

Previously, users could only accept or decline team day invitations from a mobile device (with the Condeco mobile app installed). Now users can accept or decline team day invitations from the 'Your bookings' page from the 'Personal spaces' menu. If the team day invitation is accepted, the user is automatically assigned a personal space from the pool of reserved spaces.

• Team day invitations can be accepted or declined from Condeco on the web or from a mobile device with the Condeco mobile app installed. 
• When a team day invitation is accepted from Condeco on the web, the user is automatically assigned a personal space from the pool of reserved spaces.
• Prompts confirm the booking and provide the user with details of the assigned space.
• The team day organizer can monitor responses from the Condeco mobile app.
• The team day email communication no longer suggests acceptance via mobile devices is required.
• The process for responding to team day invitations from a mobile device is unchanged.

Note: Visibility of the Team day section on the Your bookings page is not enabled by default. Contact Eptura to enable the feature.
