Eptura Workplace Core
Learn about how to get business up and running on Eptura Workplace Core. This learning path takes you through the Knowledge articles and Onboarding Checklist articles so you can complete the implementation.

  • Access the Admin Module
    The Homepage shows you the modules you have access to. This is based on security settings and the Eptura package purchased. Your Site Administrators and Administrators have full access to the application's settings and can make any required changes for your organization.
  • User Maintenance
    Learn how to add and edit a user, where you can grant a a user access to a center(s), assign a user a category, upload a user avatar. Additionally, your Administrator can set up the User Types, User Fields, and Custom Fields.
  • Understand Centers
    A center is a container that can contain one or more buildings within the same time zone. A center is a way of grouping people together to control visibility and sets operating hours. Your Administrator can set up the center(s).
  • Understand Allocations
    Categories help you organize items into groups. Your Administrator can set up the categories and you can find out where you can use these categories in the Space module.
  • #3 - Site Preferences
    Summary of the Global Preferences that can set up for email notifications, site language, set up your brand in the site. Additionally, we have the IP address that needs to be given to your Firewall Administrator and this is important as an allowlist provides access to specified IP addresses and programs when your security policy or network settings would otherwise prevent that access.
