Export a Dashboard or a Visualization (Dashlet)

Dashboards in Insights can be exported as a screenshot (with an image format of PNG, PDF, DOCX, ODT, or PPTX) or as a detailed download. Also, you can download each visualization (dashlet).

Download the Dashboard

  1. You can either search for a dashboard or navigate the list to the dashboards.
  2. Click the dashboard you want to display.

  1. Click the Export dashboard clipboard_e589c73c407fe1bdea468086907822b89.png icon.
  2. Select either:
    • Screenshot and then select from PNG, PDF, DOCX, ODT, or PPTX.
    • Detailed and then select PDF, XLSX, CSV, DOCX, RTF, ODT, ODS, Excel, or PPTX.

The dashboards is downloaded.

Download the Visualization (Dashlet)

  1. For the visualization you want to download, click the Export dashboard clipboard_e589c73c407fe1bdea468086907822b89.png icon.

The visualization (dashlet) is downloaded.
