When you want to search for people (users) and search spaces across all published floor plans.
Search for Person
Quickly search for a person to find a person's location and then see their details
- In the 'Search anything' field, enter the name of the person.
- If you need to refine your search, you can select a quick filter: All, This Floor, This Building, or This Site.
- You have a choice to either:
- Click the person's name and the Person form displays.
- Click the space's location and the space highlights on the floor plan.
Search for a Space
Quickly search for a space to find a space's location and see its details.
- In the 'Search anything' field, enter the space code or name.
- If you need to refine your search, you can select a quick filter: All, This Floor, This Building, or This Site.
- Click the space and it highlights on the floor plan and the Edit Space form displays.
