Add or Edit Delivery Types
Level: Site Administrator
The delivery type determine how to let the customer know the Copy Job is completed, such as Call when ready, Pick-up.
Access Delivery Types
- Navigate to Admin > Copy > Delivery Types. The Delivery Types screen displays.
- From the top-right corner, select the relevant center.
The following columns display:
- Name - Allows you to view the delivery type name.
- Sort Order - Allows you to view and edit the sort order of the available delivery types.
- Active - Displays whether or not the delivery type is active.
- Actions - This allows you to edit a specific order item.
Add a Delivery Type
In order to add a delivery type, perform the following steps:
- Click the add delivery type link.
The Add Delivery Type screen displays.
- In the Name field, enter the name of the delivery type.
- From the Default drop-down, select either Yes or No.
- Click the Add button. The new delivery type is saved.
Edit a Delivery Type
In order to edit a delivery type, perform the following steps:
- For the delivery type you want to edit, click the edit link. The Edit Delivery Type screen displays.
- In the Name field, enter the name of the delivery type.
- From the Default drop-down, select either Yes or No.
- Click the Update button.
Remove a Delivery Type
If you no longer need a delivery type it can be made inactive.
- For the delivery type you want to edit, click the edit link. The Edit Delivery Type screen displays.
- From the Active drop-down, select No.
- Click the Update button.
