Set up Move Request Statuses
Level: Administrator
As a move requests are processed, they display a status to indicate what part of the process they are in. This is especially useful when you have an approval process in place. The request status will let people know when a request is in progress or is pending approval and should not be edited. Statuses are created by your Administrator in the move configuration settings.

Add Move Status
- Navigate to Admin > Move > Configure.
- Click the Move Statuses tab and the Move Status tab displays.
- Click the Add
icon at the bottom left-hand corner of the list and the Add New dialog displays.

- In the Name field, enter the move status name.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the Save button.
Edit Move Status
- Navigate to Admin > Move > Configure.
- Click the Move Statuses tab and the Move Status tab displays.
- For the move status you want to edit, click the Edit button and the Edit Move Status dialog displays.

- Make your edits.
- Click the OK button.
- Click the Save button.
Delete Move Status
- Navigate to Admin > Move > Configure.
- Click the Move Statuses tab and the Move Status tab displays.
- For the move status you want to delete, click the Remove button. The Remove Move Status dialog displays the message "Removing the item will remove it from the system. Any open tickets or request using this item may become inaccessible."

Click the Remove button.
