Reset Password by the Site Administrator

You have the ability to reset a users' password. In order to reset a users' password, perform the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Admin>User. The User Maintenance displays. 

  2. From the list of available users, click on the user you want to edit. The Edit a User screen opens.

  3. Click the Reset Password button.

A confirmation message appears and a Reset Password email is sent to the user.
