Import Forms

Level: Site Administrator

The Import Forms section allows you to upload and update batches of forms and add them to a product. 

Access Import Forms

  1. Navigate to Admin > Copy > Import Forms. The Copy Form Importer screen displays.


  1. Click the Choose File button. A window opens where you can specify which file to upload.  
  2. From the Copy Product drop-down, select the Copy Product. This field can be edited in Add or Edit Product.
  3. From the Copy Item Category drop-down, select the Copy Item Category. If you do not see the Item Category you want, you can create an Add or Edit Item Category.
  4. If you want to remove all existing forms, check the Remove all existing forms checkbox. When you check the Remove all existing forms checkbox, a confirmation dialog displays that asks if you are sure you want to continue. If you want to continue click the Yes button.
  5. Click the Submit button.

For the Import Forms fields called Copy Product or Copy Item Category to populate you will need to complete the following:

  • The Product will need to have its Product Type drop-down set to Forms. Learn more in Add or Edit Products.
