#6 - Set up the Reservations Module
Your Eptura Workplace implementation is based on the plan purchased.
Reservation module provides the ability to create reservations for spaces such as desks, workstations, meeting rooms, and conference rooms.
Implementation Tasks
Before you employees can reserve spaces the following needs to be set up:
- Define which spaces are reservable, see Set up a Reservable Space.
- Define the reservation rules, see Set up Reservation Rules.
Preferences
We recommend you review and set up the preferences for your organization:
- Notifications can be sent out to your employees, you can set up the Cancel message, Check-in message, New Reservation message, and Update Reservation message.
- If you want to auto-cancel reservations if the reservation is not checked in by an attendee.
- If can allow the creation of separate reservations for each day when a space is reserved for multiple days.
