March 25th, 2026 Release

General Maintenance

  • Admin Security - Resolved an issue when the Admin increased the Minimum Password Length.
  • Hummingbird Outlook add-in - Resolved an issue where the Hummingbird Outlook add-in continued to use an old Exchange address instead of the updated one when booking a space.
  • Insights - Resolved an issue that prevented users from exporting dashboard screenshots.

March 4th, 2026 Release

PrintNode Integration for Mail Label Printing - New Feature

Eptura Workplace now supports automatic mail label printing through PrintNode, a cloud-based print service. With PrintNode enabled, labels are sent directly to your printer, eliminating manual printing or server-side print queue management. 

Administrators can configure PrintNode in the Mail Preferences to set up the PrintNode API Key and Routing Label Printer ID, and optionally adjust label rotation and size to match their physical label stock.

If PrintNode is not configured for your organization, or if the service is temporarily unavailable, Eptura Workplace will automatically provide a PDF label in the browser for printing via the standard print dialog. This PDF fallback supports customers who choose not to integrate PrintNode.

General Maintenance

  • Insights Space - Calendar-type custom fields so they now display proper date/time values instead of raw numbers. Resolved an issue that was causing a 500 error when calling the API.
  • Copy - Fixed an issue where barcodes were not displaying, ensuring barcodes now appear as expected.
  • Mail Kiosk - Fixed the Mail Kiosk so users can successfully pick up packages without errors.
  • Service Request Kiosk - Fixed an issue that prevented service requests from being submitted via the Service Request Kiosk.
  • Service Request - Fixed an issue with the service request View/Print action.
  • Mail - Fixed an issue that caused the Mail check-in page to freeze when scanning packages.
  • Visitor App - Fixed an issue, and now the touchless check-in no longer freezes when checking in visitors.
